Just swim

We call it 'just swim' but there's nothing 'just' about swimming.

It is one of the greatest forms of all-round exercise. It is ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability.

Regular swimming can reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, type two diabetes and stroke. It can also boost your mood and keep your weight under control.

If you're not a confident swimmer, there's no need to worry. We offer swimming lessons for children and adults to help you be confident in the water.

We have five pools across the district, so you won't have far to travel. Adult swim sessions start at £5.10 but you can save money with one of our membership packages.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Pre-booking is no longer required for gym and swim sessions.

But please continue to use our Brimhams Active app to book fitness classes or contact us to book Aquafit classes.

When you visit we politely ask you to continue to wear a face mask, use hand sanitiser and keep a safe distance.
