Ripon Spa Baths
Ripon Spa Baths is a grade two listed building that originally opened as a spa in the early 1900s before a pool was added in 1936.
A new six-lane, 25-metre swimming pool at Ripon Leisure Centre is due to open on Wednesday 8 December to replace the aging building.
So that staff can be transferred across to the new facility, familiarise themselves with the running of the building and receive the necessary training on revised operational procedures ahead of the opening, Ripon Spa Baths will close on Sunday 7 November.

Pre-booking is no longer required for gym and swim sessions.
But please continue to use our Brimhams Active app to book fitness classes or contact us to book Aquafit classes.
When you visit we politely ask you to continue to wear a face mask, use hand sanitiser and keep a safe distance.
We're open seven days a week, except bank holidays.
Opening times for the pool
- Monday to Friday 7am until 8.15pm
- Saturday and Sunday 8am until 4pm

Our 15 swim cards offer a discounted price per swim when you buy 15 swims in advance. They can be used at Knaresborough Pool, Nidderdale Pool, Starbeck Baths and Ripon Spa Baths.
With a one year expiry date, our cards are ideal for those who don't want to commit to a monthly membership.
