Our memberships give you the greatest access to our fitness facilities at the best prices. We won’t tie you into a long-term contract, nor do we charge a joining fee.
We have three types of membership - gym unlimited, swim unlimited and all-inclusive membership which gives you access to it all.
Our memberships
All Inclusive
This membership gives you access to all our fitness centres, group exercise classes and swimming pools across the district. Please visit the Harrogate Leisure and Wellness Centre page to find out about memberships specifically for this venue.
Gym unlimited membership
This membership gives you access to all our fitness centres.
Swim unlimited membership
Our swim-only memberships offer unlimited access to our swimming pools across the district within the timetabled sessions.
Junior gym membership
Junior all-inclusive memberships are currently not available at Knaresborough Leisure and Wellness Centre and Harrogate Leisure and Wellness Centre.
If you are aged between 12 and 15, this specialised membership is just for you, whatever your ability level. It is designed to help you feel more confident, boost energy levels and improve sport-related performance.
Before you start, a parent or guardian will have to sign a consent form and you will need an induction with an instructor. During the induction the instructor will create a relevant training programme based on your physical ability, capability, and gym experience; this will be reviewed like any other membership.
This membership includes swimming whenever the swim programme permits and use of the gym at any time.
Junior memberships: £23 per month
You should read our terms and conditions and customer charter.
Fitness classes are included in the all-inclusive membership. Gym unlimited and swim unlimited members or non-members can access classes from £7.45.

YorkTest is the UK's leading food intolerance and allergy test provider that work with you to optimise your diet and help take control of your health and wellbeing.
If you are not sure why you are feeling unwell with headaches and nausea or suffering from fatigue, digestive issues or skin conditions their premium food intolerance test will find out if you have an intolerance to over 200 food and drink ingredients (100 ingredients in the junior food intolerance test). You will also receive a consultation with a nutritional therapist to discuss your results.
Other health tests available include a food allergy test, essential health check, stress test, inflammation test, diabetes test, menopause test, thyroid test, Covid-19 immunity tracker test and a complete health and nutrition bundle.
These are all easily taken at home and each kit contains everything you need to supply a small finger-prick blood sample along with a return envelope to send to the YorkTest laboratory for analysis. Your results then come back within seven working days with information to help you get your wellbeing back on track.
When you join Brimhams Active you will receive your YorkTest discount code from our team to use at the checkout on their website www.yorktest.com.
This discount is available to all Brimhams Active members only for home health tests and no other products.
