Access for customers with Autism or sensory difficulties
We asked two customers who have Autism to tell us about their experience.
- reception has chairs where you can sit quietly to assist with the transition
- the acoustics in the pool hall is great
- the pool hall has high windows - I felt safe here
- single-sex changing - please use the accessible room if you have a personal assistant of the opposite sex
- if we are going to do a fire test, we will let you know beforehand
