We ask customers to remove their shoes before entering the changing village. If this affects your balance and stability, please leave them on.

There is a hearing loop at reception.

- staff will guide you to the poolside if requested
Access for customers with learning/cognitive impairments
- standardised signage across all the centres making navigation easier
- instructions on sensor taps and hand dryers

Access for customers who have Autism or sensory difficulties
- we have a box of puzzles, drawing books and toys behind reception. You are welcome to use these if you feel anxious or need a distraction
- reception can be busy with queueing during peak periods
- the pool hall can be a little noisy during busy periods
- lifeguards use whistles to attract people's attention
- if we plan to test the fire alarm, an announcement will be made beforehand
