Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and to help support you we have partnered with the award-winning NHS approved Thrive: Mental Wellbeing app.

Founded by two NHS clinicians the app provides mental health support and digital therapy all in one place at the touch of a button. It is unique as it is built around the prevention, early detection and management of mental health conditions and stress.

The app features a wide range of clinically validated and evidence-based sessions including:

  • a comprehensive CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) course
  • a selection of relaxation techniques to learn and master
  • psychoeducational learning sessions to build a greater understanding of mental health
  • a mood journal to track your long term progress

These sessions are complemented by access to the latest psychological screening tools, which can identify symptoms of a mental health condition and then signpost you towards instantly accessible options to support your recovery. This includes guided coaching and structured therapy within Thrive's confidential, anonymous in-app live chat feature. All of Thrives therapists are fully qualified, and overseen by a Consultant Psychiatrist and Consultant Clinical Psychologist to ensure you access the best possible support should you need it.
