Private hire cancellation policy
We take full payment for all parties and private hire of our facilities at the time of booking. Terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
Refunds
You will be refunded 100 percent of the cost if you cancel more than two months ahead of the booking or 50 percent of the cost if you cancel more than three weeks but less than two months ahead of the booking.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund for bookings cancelled with less than three weeks' notice.
Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative date for hire.
If an alternative date doesn't work for you, we will give you a full refund but we will not be liable to make any further compensation payment.
If we need to cancel or terminate your booking on the day because of a safety reason that is not your fault, any refund will be at our discretion.
If you, or someone in your party, are the cause of the cancellation or termination of a booking, no refund will be paid.
