Diving is an exciting and spectacular sport. There's no reason why you can't take inspiration from Jack Laugher, Chris Mears or Tom Daley and keep fit at the same time.
Our teenager and adult diving lessons take place at the Harrogate Leisure and Wellness Centre.
With one and three-metre springboards and a five-metre board, we have fantastic facilities.
It doesn't matter if you simply want to achieve a simple head-first dive from the side of the pool or to master a full set of competition dives, we'll help you realise your ambitions.
Lessons take place on Wednesday evenings from 8pm to 9pm and are open to children aged at least 14 years old and all adults.
