Swimming is one of the best ways to improve your overall fitness. We run adult swimming lessons to help introduce you to swimming or to improve your existing skills.
Our beginner sessions are perfect for you if you lack confidence in the water and our improver class will help you be a better swimmer. However, if you can already swim between 50 and 100 metres, consider an advanced class to boost your technique and stamina.
Lessons run on various days and at various times across all five of our pools.
